Victory Christian Bible Institute (VCBI) is an Adult Audio Correspondence School. Especially designed for adult believers, the courses equip the believer to do the work of the ministry and create a strong foundation for those desiring to go on to maturity in the Lord.
Birthed by Pastor Lee and Sue Boss as a part of the overall vision of Victory Christian Center, Victory Christian Bible Institute is designed to flow with the outpouring of the Holy Spirit in these end times. It is open to all people, including those called into the ministry.
